I have traveled in Mexico quite extensively and have found inspirations within their architecture, primarily doorways. The title of the piece arises through pure imagination. The colors I chose are to represent the ageing effect, thus depicting that it once had been turquoise. Out of curiosity, where is home for this piece now?
Dale Hunt is a self taught visual and literary artist. Hunt, born and remains in British Columbia, Canada. His travels in Mexico and Central America, have shown inspirations throughout all he produces.
His goals are to spend as much time with family and to pursue an occupation in sculpting, painting and writing.
